Disgusting customer service! I tried looking on the website and it doesn’t even show what I paid/signed up for. I still haven’t received my business license, my va tax employment commission account number or tax account number. Her whole process was very bad and sloppy I feel she was use a order taker because she didn’t have knowledge of ANY of the questions she asked me and then when I asked could she explain she couldn’t and said I just need to pick one. What kind of business does that? I tried to put up with it as long as everything got done but I has been too frustrating especially as a new business. I have not been satisfied with anything. The communication is severely lacking. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody for ANYTHING even if you got it for free. As a new business you want a company that is going to make everything easy and simple not difficult and frustrating.”

The Verdict
Overall, CorpNet’s LLC setup service is fairly good. They offer a reasonable range of services for the price. We wouldn’t say they’re the best value for money. Also, the add-ons can bump your overall bill up, so take care to assess your total costs.
On the plus side, at least pricing is transparent.
CorpNet has received some negative reviews about poor customer service, but these comments were typically addressed in a timely fashion.
It might be worth giving these guys a try if you need a helping hand setting up your company.
