Whatever, 03/24/2020
1.0 out of 5.0 starsWorst company ever. Emails took 30+ days to get a response, they charge absurd fees and don’t offer much in return. I switched to LegalZoom and couldn’t be happier. This company is a borderline scam who preys on its customers
Mary B., 02/03/2020
1.0 out of 5.0 starsObviously the companies they “represent” are SCAM companies. My experience with Voogueme an online eyeglass company gives their address, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington 19808 as a contact. However, this company is not based in the US but in China. No need to add anything else, that pretty much tells you what to expect.
AZFunGirl, 10/25/2019
1.0 out of 5.0 starsThis company is crap. They can’t give you any information about the LLC’s that they are their customers. I have an issue and trying to get in touch with the LLC however, there is ZERO contact information for them which is why I try contacting them. They are forcing me to take legal matters.

The Verdict
Based on the Better Business Bureau reviews, we suggest that you tread carefully if you use this company.
Maybe it would be best to contact the company and have a conversation with their team to gauge their level of service.
They have changed their name, possibly to mitigate their online reputation. But, this could mean the company has changed how they provide its service.
It might be worth a try.
