Overall Nutrisystem is a solid way to start a well-balanced weight loss diet plan. It’s competitively priced, certainly considering the cost of ingredients when you’re cooking from home.

The meals are cooked professionally with careful care and consideration given to nutritional content.

Overall, this is a solid diet plan that’s transparent, relatively affordable, and backed by a money-back promise.

Many people have achieved their weight loss goals using the Noom app. Its unique cognitive-behavioral approach certainly sets it apart from other online weight loss resources.

It does have its limitations, though. The coaching isn’t delivered by registered dieticians, and the response you get from them can be patchy.

On the whole, the Noom app is effective, but the lack of formal structure is not for everyone. Let us know your thoughts if you’ve tried the Noom diet plan.

The South Beach Diet is well presented and the meal plans are intelligently thought out. We particularly liked the reviews for each meal.

The diet is much like the Mediterranean diet, and some of the meals like scrambled eggs or omelets can be easily whipped up at home.

In terms of value for money, the South Beach Diet is not bad at all. The recipes look delicious but at the same time seem like they could be cooked at home quite easily.

Overall this is an exciting venture even if you’re not vegetarian. Check out the photographs on the Purple Carrot site to see how beautiful and inspiring the recipes look.

While this diet plan is a little pricey – around 10 bucks for a meal you cook yourself – you will get to learn original recipes inspired by global cuisine.

The company ethos is also a positive feature as they encourage people to be kind to the environment by choosing a plant-based diet.

If you need to lose weight in the short-term, a calorie-controlled diet like the meal plans provided by Diet-to-Go can work wonders. These diets are not the most sustainable in the long haul, though.

If you have a larger family and plan to make a larger order, Diet-to-Go works out at reasonable value. Due to that flat-rate shipping fee of $20, making smaller orders is quite costly.

The meals are all tasty and made from prime ingredients, but you’re highly likely to feel hungry if you eat nothing but the food delivered.

The Jenny Craig plan is pretty expensive in comparison to competing plans. The most basic plan for instance costs $12.99 a day and it doesn’t include a dinner option. That said, most of the opposition don’t also offer one-on-one coaching sessions

While the menu items look mouth-watering, we question how easy it would be to transition to life off-plan. After all, you still need to keep eating healthy balanced meals. It’s probably best to use the plan to educate yourself about portion sizes and nutritional content so that when you stop the plan, you know what type of things you need to cook for yourself and in what quantities.
