The staff appears knowledgeable and helpful, and overall it looks good.

It seems human error did cause one customer to ‘miss out on thousands of dollars due to a typo. That said, their prompt response to the complaint did place the onus back on the customer as they failed to proofread the final email they sent for confirmation.
